Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at Ken Ganley Kia Alliance. I've lived in Rootstown, Ohio for over 12 years and am happily married with a great blended family of six. I graduated from Parma Senior High School. My hobbies include baseball, golf, racing, and boating. I enjoy traveling—Myrtle Beach and Gatlinburg, Tennessee are among my favorite destinations. I'm passionate about working with and learning about all types of vehicles. My goals are simple: get up each morning, hopefully make a positive difference, and maintain a positive attitude. Customer satisfaction (CSI) is a top priority for me.

My overall experience was very great! My front driver side handle had popped out and he when he look at it he said he could order me a part and said I could have a one time courtesy fix on that. He was very helpful and nice and professional. He took care of my issue!
