Hi, I'm a Product Specialist at Ken Ganley Kia Alliance. I'm passionate about finding the right car at the right price for everyone. My approach is low-pressure, and I pride myself on excellent follow-up. Before joining the automotive industry, I was a middle school teacher, which has given me the patience and understanding to answer any questions you may have. My goal is to make the car-buying experience as smooth as possible. I'm also committed to providing top-notch service after the sale – I have many repeat and referral customers. I'm happily engaged, a dad of two (ages 18 and 16), a Lake High School and Kent State University graduate. I'm persistent in finding the best deal for you, and I look forward to assisting you.

I've emailed you yesterday about this, I was asking to pass. I also shared valid reasons why sales experience was poor. I am receiving a second email asking to rate experience. Again, we were not able to look under car hood, have car features shown, and sent a mailer that was intent on lying about customer interest on our car, you wanted to buy it back, and we still have temp tags!!! How would YOU rate your customer service???
