Hi, I'm a Product Specialist at Ken Ganley Kia Alliance, and I've been in the automotive industry for five years. I'm originally from Salem and passionate about car sales – I really enjoy helping customers find the right vehicle. It is incredibly rewarding to me when a customer has had trouble getting a car elsewhere, but I am able to find them an approval for exactly what they need. Honesty and integrity are important to me. Outside of work, I enjoy taking care of my garden and animals with my wife and son. I'm involved in USPSA, and I am on staff with my church as the Worship Pastor! I am also versed in American Sign Language. I'm known for being dependable and customer-focused.

It was great! We worked together on a previous purchase. It was smooth, just as it should be when purchasing a vehicle.

At first it seemed ok until I had my car 1 day and had problems. Ok could deal with that. Dropped my car off at service. 4 days later without a vehicle to drive called in and was told probably wouldn’t get it back until 6 more days later and when I asked where my courtesy car was I was told they didn’t have one to give me. I bought the extended 3 year warranty and only had the car for 2 DAYS. And I’m fighting to get a replacement to drive? Caleb has the nerve to say to me. Don’t you have your explorer you didn’t trade in or the extra truck you husband has to drive? FIRST OF ALL. THat it irrelevant since I bought the extended warranty that covers a car for me to drive. SECOND not his business and I should not even have to explain anything to him. He made me feel stupid and disrespected for even having to argue for anything I was entitled to.
